Fishing has really perked up the last week here in Vancouver. Lots of undersize chinook with more an more legal chinook in the mix. Vancouver Harbour has been the hot spot lately as Bowen and Howe Sound have slowed down. The coal ports and Porlier have been slow but this can change at any time. We are starting to look across the strait at Gabriola for our longer charters as this time of year the winter chinook fishing can be great.
Crab and prawn fishing has been fantastic.
We are taking limits of crab on most of our 5 and 6 hour charters and good catches of prawns and crabs on our 8 hour trips.
